four hands-off steps

You only touch the first and last one. Everything in the middle is us in headphones, doing the slow part so you don't have to.

01

you record

Have your conversation however you record now — in person, over Zoom, on a phone. Drop the raw files in our shared folder.

02

we shape it

Editing, cleanup, level-matching, mastering. We cut the dead air and the false starts and make the whole thing flow.

03

you review

Within two business days you get a first cut and the show notes. One round of tweaks is always included — just say the word.

04

it publishes

Approved? We push the final master and notes to your host so it lands on Apple, Spotify, and YouTube on schedule.

what we do & what it costs

the menu, no asterisks

Prices below are per episode unless noted. Episodes run up to about 60 minutes of finished audio — longer ones we quote flat after a quick listen. Custom scope? Same deal: tell us what you need and we'll send one number.

01

episode edit

The everyday job. We tighten the talk, lift the mistakes and tangents, and make it sound like you nailed the whole thing in one take.

  • content editing + tightening
  • intro / outro + ad spots dropped in
  • level balancing across speakers
  • one round of revisions included

cleanup + master

The add-on for rough recordings — bad rooms, laptop mics, that fridge or AC hum sitting under everything. We make it genuinely listenable, then master it to broadcast loudness so it holds up next to the big shows.

  • noise + room hum removal
  • de-click, de-breath, de-ess
  • EQ + warmth on every voice
  • loudness mastered to −16 LUFS
+$90 / episode add it on
03

show notes + chapters

The bit nobody wants to do. We listen the whole way through and write the summary, the timestamps, and the quotable pull-lines that make people click.

  • episode summary + title ideas
  • chapter timestamps for the player
  • three pull-quotes for social
  • full transcript on request

Starting from scratch? A one-time job to get you live everywhere — cover art, a feed that actually validates, and a trailer cut so episode one isn't your first impression.

  • host + RSS feed setup
  • Apple, Spotify, YouTube submission
  • cover art sizing + metadata
  • trailer edit included

the things people ask first

can i just try one episode?
Yes — that's the point of per-episode pricing. Send us one, hear how it sounds, then decide if you want more. If you don't love the first cut, you don't pay for it. No contract to start, none to stop.
how fast do i get it back?
A first cut lands within two business days of you sending the files — often sooner. Revisions are usually a same-day turnaround. If you're on a tight weekly publish schedule, tell us your deadline and we'll plan around it.
what counts as one episode?
Per-episode pricing covers finished audio up to about 60 minutes. Longer or multi-guest recordings we quote flat after a quick listen, so you always see one number before any work starts — never a surprise on the invoice.
my recording is rough — is that a problem?
Rarely. The cleanup + master add-on exists exactly for laptop mics, echoey rooms, and background hum. We can't perform miracles on totally inaudible audio, but if you can make out the words, we can usually make it sound good. Send a sample and we'll tell you honestly.
how do i pay?
By invoice — per episode as we go, or monthly for a full-service series. No on-site checkout, no card on file. You approve the work, we send the invoice, you pay by card or bank transfer.
do i own the files afterward?
Completely. Masters, project files, transcripts — all handed over and yours to keep. If you ever decide to leave or take editing in-house, you walk out with everything. No hostages.
